Why are you learning English?
Well, mam , in the modern world, you need to know English to go to college and move up in your job. As the
language of communication around the world, English gives you access to a wide range of academic resources,
study papers, and international projects. Also, knowing English opens up more job possibilities because it makes it
easier to communicate with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders who speak different languages. In a world
that is becoming more connected, being able to speak English easily makes you more competitive and opens doors
to jobs around the world. So, putting time and effort into learning English is a smart move for anyone who wants to
do well in school and in their career.
How do you practice improving your English?
Well, I wanted to learn English so I could go to college and advance in my job, so I did a lot of things to improve my
language skills. One of the things I’ve done is watch a lot of English-language movies, which not only keep me
entertained but also show me how English is spoken naturally, how slang is used, and how culture affects language.
I also spend time reading books, such as grammar books that help me understand the complexities of the language
and general books that introduce me to a wide range of words and writing styles. I also look for chances to talk with
my friends who speak English well, and I have conversations with them that help me improve my pronunciation,
fluency, and general communication skills. By putting these activities together, I’ve been able to make a complete
way to learn a language that improves my language skills and gives me the confidence to do well in school and in
my future job.
What are the challenges that you face while learning English?
English grammar and tenses have been some of the hardest things for me to learn as I’ve been trying to learn the
language. The rules for using tenses and language can be hard to understand, so I sometimes make mistakes when
I talk. It’s not unusual for me to use the wrong mood or the wrong parts of speech by accident, which can make my
words less clear and accurate. In particular, it’s hard to know how to use adjectives in the right way. To know where
they go and what they do in a line, you have to pay close attention to every detail. But I’m determined to get past
these problems by studying grammar tools hard, practicing making sentences, and getting help from teachers and
language partners. By working hard to improve my understanding of tenses, grammar, and adverbs, I hope to
improve my general English skills and be able to express my thoughts and ideas clearly and fluently.
How can English help you in the future?
English is an important part of my many goals and dreams, and it helps me do well in many areas of my life. As I
start on my journey to the UK, English will become my main language. This will make it easy for me to talk to people
from different countries and cultures. Whether I’m having a conversation with a friend, asking for help, or meeting
new people, knowing English will help me make important connections and improve my life. Also, when I go to
college, English will be the language of teaching for the course I choose. This will help me fully understand lectures,
take part in discussions, and do well in school. To learn more about my area of study and keep up with the latest
developments, I need to be able to navigate academic content and interact with scholarly resources in English. By
making English a big part of my life, I’m giving myself a strong tool for success and growth, opening up a world of
possibilities and expanding my view of the world.
