Well, with the progress in medical field now people are experiencing longer lives as compared to past. In most
countries average lifespan has crossed 65 years. There are many benefits of having aged population and it also
poses some challenges for a nation.
Firstly, a larger pool of skilled workers and volunteers. As the population ages, there will be a larger pool of
experienced and skilled workers who can contribute to the economy. This could help to offset the challenges of a shrinking workforce. Additionally, older adults are often willing to volunteer their time and skills, which can benefit communities in many ways.
A wealth of knowledge and experience. Older adults have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can be tapped into to solve problems and make decisions. They can also serve as mentors and role models for younger
