I will begin my presentation now: The issue of paying bosses more than workers have long been debated in the
workplace, and I will discuss both opinions
First of all, some say that paying bosses significantly more than workers is unfair and spread income inequality.
They believe that all employees have to be paid fairly and that the gap between boss and worker salaries should
not be so wide. They say that this approach not only negatively affects the morale of workers but also creates social and economic inequality, which can have negative impacts on society as a whole.
On the other hand, those who support high boss salaries argue that the job of a boss is incredibly demanding and requires a high level of skill and experience. The boss has more responsibility for the success or failure of the company than the workers. And they also say that the high salary of the boss is important to attract and retain the best and most qualified people for the job. If a company is not able to offer a competitive salary package to its executives, they may leave for better opportunities elsewhere.
I personally think about this topic there should be a balance between paying bosses and workers. Bosses should be paid well for their high level of responsibility and experience because they’ve worked, but this should not be at the expense of workers. The workers should also be paid fairly and have access to benefits and job security. The focus should be on creating a workplace that is fair and equitable for all employees, rather than perpetuating income inequality. Ultimately, a company’s success depends on the collective effort of all employees, and everyone should be treated with respect and treated correctly. this is the end of the presentation. Thank you for your attention.
